What the article talked about was how terrorist used violence to spread fear during certain events, like in 1972 during the Munich Olympics terrorist from the Black September Organization killed 11 Israelis , though they killed the Israelis their targets were the billions of people watching it on TV. It also talked about methods the U.S. is using to try and stop the spread of terrorism.
